By placing an order with The Makers Design, you agree to the following terms:
•     Custom Orders: All items are made to order and customized for each customer. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
•     Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms.
•     Production Timeline: Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to complete before shipping. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
•     Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
•     Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content are the property of The Makers Design and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
•     User Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
•     Limitation of Liability: The Makers Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
